Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to assist in our Odoo ERP projects. In this role, you will work closely with our development team and clients to gather and analyze business requirements, design and configure Odoo modules, test and troubleshoot the system, and provide training and support to end users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
• Conduct research and analysis to understand business processes and propose solutions for improvement
• Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of Odoo modules to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals
• Provide training and support to end-users, including conducting user acceptance testing and resolving issues
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and project standards
• Keep up-to-date with Odoo features and functionality and propose new ideas for system enhancement

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data and information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Some familiarity with ERP systems and databases, with experience in Odoo ERP a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in other data analysis and visualization tools a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
